All items require a signature and are delivered any time between 8.30am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday only.
Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be processed the next working day.
Most items have a 14 day return policy, except Made to Order items below. We accept returns as long as they have not been used, are undamaged and in original packing. Contact us before arranging your returned items to us so we can provide a returns number. The customer will need to pay for carriage for returned items.
Made to order items can not be returned or exchanged – items include Soft Play Fabric Shapes, Soft Play Fabric Sets, Active Floor Mats, Soft Play Seating, Bean Disc, Fabric Building Blocks. Once made to order items are placed they cannot be cancelled. Products may only be returned if they are faulty or not as described within 7 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of £25 plus 25% of the total price of goods returned to cover the costs of administration. The customer will need to pay for carriage for returned items.

Certain products are made to order and therefore once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.

Soft Play Shapes and Sets are Made in the EU and dispatched from the EU.
Payment is through our secure online shopping facility. We accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal or Stripe. Your card will be debited when your order is placed. Incorrect information / payment details will delay your order. We also accept bank transfer payment.
We do not accept cheques or payment over the phone.
We reserve the right to: modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website.
Children should be supervised at all times. We do not take any responsibility for any injuries sustained from any of the products listed on this website.
