All items require a signature and are delivered any time between 8.30am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday only.

Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be processed the next working day.


Most items have a 14 day return policy. We accept returns as long as they have not been used, are undamaged and in original packing. Contact us before arranging your returned items to us so we can provide a returns number and address. The customer will need to pay for carriage for returned items.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the total price of goods returned to cover the costs of administration/postage; this includes items that have been cancelled by the customer but has been dispatched and rejected by the customer when being delivered.

Made to Order products can only be returned if faulty.
Made to Order item will be labelled made to order.

Conditions of Use

If you do not receive an order confirmation shortly after your order is placed please look at your junk/spam mailbox or email us. All items should be checked when received, we do not accept returns after the above time frame.

Soft Play Shapes and Sets are Made in the EU and dispatched from EU and UK warehouses.


Payment is through our secure online shopping facility. We accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal or Stripe and bank transfer. Your card will be debited when your order is placed. Incorrect information / payment details will delay your order. We also accept bank transfer payment.
We do not accept cheques or payment over the phone.

Laybuy payment disputes should be made directly with Laybuy.
Klarna payment disputes should be made directly with Klarna.
